When is the best time to apply for my visa?
The best time to apply for your visa is 1-2 months before your travel date. However, if you are running short on time, for some countries we may be able to process your visa in as little as 1 business day. For example, if you overnight your application to us on Monday, you can have it back in your hand on Wednesday with our same-day rush service.
Do I have to send you my passport to get a Cambodia visa? Is it safe to send a passport?
Yes. You will need to send your actual passport, not a copy of it. The Cambodia visa is stamped on your passport and will become one of your passport pages. Visa request cannot be processed without your original passport. Because of the importance of your passport, we strongly suggest that you send your application by a secure method, such as a guaranteed postal service or courier.

Passport
The applicant's passport must:
Be valid for six months beyond exit date
Have at least one blank visa page
Be free of covers
Photographs
You must provide one colour, passport type photograph that meets the following criteria:
Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
Be taken against an all white background
Be 35 mm by 45mm in size
Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
You may wear no headwear except for religious purposes
Your photo should not be affixed to your application and it may not display evidence of adhesive or staples
Letter of Introduction
You must provide a Letter of Introduction from the applicant's Belgian employer. All letters must be printed on company letterhead that displays a Belgian postal address. Use the sample Letter of Introduction, which can be found here, to complete your letter.
All Letters of Introduction must be addressed to the Embassy. The address of the Embassy can be found here
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation from the company to be visited. This letter must:
Be on company letterhead paper
Include the name of the applicant
Include the passport details of the applicant
Specify the purpose of journey
Specify the requested number of entries and the length of visa required
State the location of the visiting company
Be stamped and signed
Photocopy of Application Materials
A colour copy of the information page of the applicant's passport
Medical Certificate
Applicants must provide a copy of their appointment confirmation for a COVID-19 test that must be taken before they travel to Cambodia
Proof of Travel Insurance
Applicants must provide proof of insurance on arrival that includes a minimum of USD 50,000 for medical cover
Declaration Form
Applicants must sign a declaration form stating that they will deposit USD 2000 during their quarantine time. The form can be found in the CIBTvisas application pack.
Visa Application Form
One fully completed and signed visa application form. This form must be:
Filled out in block capitals, using black or blue ink
Be signed by the applicant

Provide the CIBTvisas Order Form included in this kit.

Visa On Arrival
For this destination it's possible to obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum stay of 30 days. However there is no guarantee that entry will be allowed. Please check with the embassy for details and confirm if your airline will permit boarding without a visa. To minimize the risk of not being allowed in and to avoid excessive waiting for a visa to be issued on arrival, CIBT strongly recommends that travellers obtain all visas prior to travel
